The Locate Process

We offer an all encompassing service in finding you the right home, second home or investment property.

We will initially meet a prospective client at their convenience, at their home or office. If it is at their home we tend to find we can gauge their taste and styles fairly quickly.

Here we will ascertain their exact requirements, including: the type of property they require, their preferred locations and essential amenities such as road/rail links, schools and leisure facilities.

We will also agree the client's timescale, budget and discuss any other financial considerations.

Once you have decided to use Locate, we will immediately contact all the suitable estate agents in your preferred area to discuss your requirements and follow up our own personal contacts.
We will view all relevant properties applicable to your brief. Once we have found suitable properties that we believe meet your requirements we will contact you to arrange viewings.

When we have found your ideal property we will negotiate the purchase price on your behalf and follow the sale step by step to completion. We do all we can to enable a smooth and successful sale.

Upon completion we also offer an orientation visit, school finding service and nanny service. In addition, we have a network of builders and professionals to assist should you require.
